How to Order
Browse our menu by category, on the left, or use the search to
be more specific, in the upper right corner. You will notice many great products,
sales and deals. Click the Purchase button to buy the product you've decided
on. You will see in your shopping basket and the item you want to purchase.
At this point you may continue shopping by using the back button on your browser
or the menu to the left. (You must accept our cookies on your computer to purchase
more than one item, other wise only one item at a time will load into your shopping
basket.) When you are ready to check out you can get back to you shopping basket
at any time with the Check Out button in the menu on the left. When in your
shopping basket if you want more than one of any item, adjust the number and
recalculate the page (using the recalculate button.) If the item just wasn't
what you wanted, click the remove box and the item will be automatically be
removed. Ready to check out? Press the Checkout button and move on to the next
page. (You are now on a secured server) Enter your information into the form
as it requests. When you choose your state in the state field you will need
to let the page refresh, please wait for this to happen before continuing. Sales
tax is addded to shipments going to Utah only ( 6.25% sales tax.) Notice the
required fields and please fill them in. Your e-mail address is for sale purposes
only and will not go on any mailing list unless you request it by checking the
check box. Look over your form to make sure it is correct, then submit it. A
printable receipt will then come up for your records. (please print)
Any personal information we obtain will be kept private.
Order Confirmation
Once your order has been accepted you will receive an e-mail
confirmation (as long as you have given us your e-mail address) and your order
will be processed within the next 48 hours. Weekend orders will be confirmed
on the following Monday. If the item will be delayed in shipping, you will be
notified. If the item is no longer available we will notify you of any substitutes
for an alternate decisions ( We will not ship substitutes without your approval).
We will not charge your credit card until within 48 hours of shipping the product.
(For special orders or orders shipped direct from factories, the card is charged
when the order is placed with the factory). For more questions about orders

Phone or Mail Orders
You may call in your order xxx-xxx-xxxx (United States
only). You may also mail in your order using a cashiers check, money order or
personal check (US funds only) Checks take a little longer to process so give
your self extra time if ordering by check.. We accept checks for regular price
items only. Sale items, Special priced items can
only be ordered by credit card over the internet or by phone.
Sales Tax
Superior Shine charges sales tax only on orders shipped to Utah.
Orders shipped to other states will not be charged tax. The tax rate may change
from time to time but is 6.25% as of 9-99.
Payment Method
Superior Shine accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express
and certified checks, money orders, or personal checks. We cannot reserve products, so if you pay by
check you run the risk of us being out of stock. We do not ship rush or expedited
shipments on orders paid by check.

Technical Problems
If you have a problem with the shopping basket or checkout, you
may try exiting out, re-booting your computer and doing it again. We have found
most problems are cured by this procedure. See our FAQ page for some examples

Shipping Policies & Prices
Charges
Orders up to $35.00 are charged $5.00
Orders $35.01 and up are charged $7.50
Optional 3rd day will be an additional $8.00 (3 to 4 business days)
Optional 2nd day air will be an additional $15.00 (2 to 3 business days)
These shipping prices are UPS ground or air, in the Continental United States
only.
Alaska and Hawaii will be charged the 2nd day charges.
Shipments to Puerto Rico will be charged additional freight. E-mail or Call
xxx-xxx-xxxx for a shipping total to Puerto Rico.
Please list your street address as UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
We can not ship to International Addresses outside the USA.
Large or oversized shipments will be charged our actual freight costs - We will
notify you via E-mail or by phone for your approval if we need to charge additional
shipping. Call xxx-xxx-xxxx for price quote (for faster delivery,) ,) if you
are uncertain whether your order will include extra charges.

Returns Policy
First quality items
you can send it back.
Refund Tender
If your purchase was made with a credit card, the refund will be issued to your
card. If made by check or money order, we will issue a refund check, which will
